What we collect

Account basics (email, display handle), the content you place and where you place it, and — when you use presence features like claiming a drop — location signals from your device at that moment. Location is used to verify presence, not to track you continuously.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising. We collect the minimum needed to run a service whose whole point is attributed, location-anchored content.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe; card details go to Stripe, not to us. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Retention

The platform is append-only by design: placed content is superseded rather than silently erased, and consequential actions are logged with attribution. You can request removal of your personal data from public view at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing darcell.cross13@gmail.com. We honor applicable rights under US state privacy laws and the GDPR.
